ETA: Wow! Scott Kurtz put up a link to my Miranda fanart! Thanks for stopping by, PVPers! I hope you'll visit my main page and gallery!
(Make a PayPal donation to divalea @ gmail.com, and you'll get drawn into my comic Rumble Girls!)
This is Miranda Fontaine from the webcomic PvP, by Scott Kurtz. Scott is an amazing comicker and a sweet fella.
I was rest-bound today because I threw out my back. I wanted to make something of the day, so I pulled up a piece I started a while ago.
Miranda herself painted in Alias Sketchbook, background in Photoshop with a texture I made myself and brushes from Paisley Love v2 by *1lovesdevine on deviantART.
PvP is copyright Scott Kurtz, and you can read it at: PvPonline
That must've sucked. I hope your back feels better, Lea.... I love the coloring. ^-^

The bottom line is, COMMUNISM IS BAD FOR YOUR EYES. Oh damn, I meant television. I get them confused.
'Say it once, say it twice. Take a chance and roll the dice. Ride with the moon in th dead of night'
'I am the who when you call 'Who's there?''
Nice. Hey, if you have the time... go and visit my gallery too... there are lots and lots of digital photos, some crappy poems and more crappier sketches
There are a lot of themes that run through the stock gallery many people have similar ideas but they pull them off in different ways. In this series of newsletters we will look at similar ideas but different outcomes.
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 10 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
When it comes to community spirit, `Rushy is a shining example. From participating in devmeets, to providing positive encouragement to other artists, `Rushy can always be found demonstrating what it really takes to be a true deviant. It's without any hesitation that we are delighted to award the Deviousness Award for July 2009 to `RushyRead More
