A painting for Womanthology #5, published by IDW. (Get it from your local comic shop or Comixology online!)

This shows a Comet meeting the Sun before she rockets away and back to Jupiter. I did my best to incorporate visually what I learned about comets researching my story (yep, research for a science fantasy story!), such as color, composition, the icy tail and the dust tail.
